Who am I?
Hi! I'm Jess, and outside of photography I am obsessed with all things food and have recently developed a passion (violent time-consuming addiction) for crocheting. Apart from that I spend the rest of my time trying to convince my boyfriend to take me to Italy, it's not going well. In all seriousness, I am a dedicated and motivated photographer who will stop at nothing to make you feel comfortable and safe during your shoots, I pride myself on my clients needs and comfort. Why Did I Specialise in Boudoir?
Boudoir, for me, goes beyond capturing intimate moments; it becomes a platform to empower individuals and challenge societal norms. In a world where unrealistic beauty standards often prevail, boudoir photography becomes a tool for promoting body positivity and self-acceptance. By showcasing the raw, unfiltered beauty of individuals, regardless of conventional expectations, I aim to contribute to the broader conversation around redefining beauty standards and embracing diversity. Beyond the technical aspects of photography, I've invested time in learning about the psychology of self-perception and body image. This knowledge has allowed me to create a comfortable and supportive environment for my clients, fostering a space where they can express themselves freely. Each photoshoot becomes a collaborative journey, with my clients actively participating in the process of capturing their essence. I aim to transform moments of self-discovery and confidence into timeless works of art.
